Sherrie Posted January 10, 2020 Report Posted January 10, 2020 Hello fellow Ruwais residents I am writing to this forum in the hopes that something will finally be done about the following issue. It is very concerning that small children are playing and riding bikes in a park that allows motorcycles and cars to drive on walkways. I attended the meeting ADNOC held in November and we were told that motorized vehicles were not allowed. Security is everywhere, but they are usually sitting on a bench looking at their phone and ignoring what is going on in park. I spoke with a couple of security guards one evening recently and they acted like they would stop the riders. This still hasn't happened. Can something be done to protect walkers and children who are enjoying this beautiful park? 1 1

Guest Namrata Posted January 10, 2020 Report Posted January 10, 2020 Yup...I have the same concern. I have tried to stop them on my own and with the help of security too! The gaurds say the park is open from all sides, making it easy for the boys riding to evade them. Besides this forum, I would suggest keep mentioning abt the same at all the feedback kiosks around Ruwais(Mall, Recreation centers etc) Hope someone takes action.

Guest Yousef Posted January 13, 2020 Report Posted January 13, 2020 I have same concerns, if police not involved on this, nothing will happen
