Is Ruwais Locked Down ?

Recommended Posts

There had been news about RUWAIS getting locked down but no official notification received.

Is this really the case?

Can we go to Abu dhabi City for some important works?

If you are part of ADNOC or ENEC staff,  please check your work inbox for emails received on or before the 6th of April.

Otherwise, please be informed that due to health and safety reasons access to or out of Ruwais has been limited as mentioned in

PS. The end date of the lockdown has not yet been confirmed, but initial communications have mentioned 3 weeks period only.

PS#2. Leaving Ruwais can be done with a permit, details are mentioned in the above quoted announcement.

The good news is related to this thread :

Depending on general feedback, preparations for the mall shops' reopening may speed up.

Hi, is there any chance of ending lock down tomorrow?

There is no more chance here or even hope. 😞

Hi Guys,

I'm not currently updated on the latest real-time information. For the most accurate and recent details about the lockdown status in Ruwais, I recommend checking official government sources or reliable local news outlets. They'll have the most up-to-date information regarding any lockdown measures in the area. Stay safe and informed.
