What is the process to get delivery from outside of Ruwais ?

Delivery driver called me to say that he is stopped by the police, and cannot enter Ruwais.

You guys seriously need to do something.

You kept this place locked down and we are all trapped inside, and our surroundings are pretty unpleasant. The least you could manage is trimming the plants by the roads and mowing the grass. This place is infested with bugs and huge locusts.

I'm pretty sure if we haven't been infected by the pandemic as of now, sooner or later we'll be infected with some other sickness which is caused by bugs.

We may be shifting to Ruwais in a month. There is so little info available online about Ruwais life.

I would like to know if housing is available for non ADNOC people in ruwais housing, and what is the approx rent for a 3BHK villa.

Are villas/apartments available in the surrounding areas like Ghayathi? What is the approx rent in Ghayathi for a 3BHK villa or flat?

We have 2 puppies. Are there any vets & pet grooming salons available in Ruwais?

Is it allowed when you do sports outside like bicycle to drink water while cycling during Ramadan?

Some people say no problem, but I respect the culture and don’t want to risk a fine or be jailed.

I have been looking at the https://apply.ruwaispermit.ae/ website. I don't see the need for a dedicated permit system to be in place, if the lockdown ends in July.

But i want to know the following :

For emergency cases :

Why is a "manager approval" required ? How does the "manager" decide what is and what is not an emergency ?
Can't the field just be renamed as "supporting documents" for the permit request

For general cases :

Who can we follow-up with when permit request is rejected ? 02-6024006 does not have this information
Why is a 14 days self-quarantine required if the Covid test result is negative ?
